my visit to Namhae Island

Yes, I'll miss Korea, but sometimes things happen that remind me of how crazy and different Korea is. Things that make me want to pack my bags straight away. What time is it? 11.38pm. what just started outside: massive roadworks, include jackhammering and concrete breaking. At 11.38pm on a weeknight, RIGHT OUTSIDE MY APARTMENT BUILDING.

On a more positive note, as promised, here are a few pictures from my trip to Namhae to visit Mark and Clare.
And here is a link to a whole lot more!

first up: Clare and I at Boriam Temple.

Clare and I at the top of Mount Daebangsan, with Namhae Island and other smaller islands in the background.
Me and my Chinese Zodiac animal, at the Jinju Lantern Festival.
