whoop whoop! today is a public holiday! just in time, too. I've been so busy, and I really need a few days to relax. I visited the kitty-cats this morning, ended up staying for nearly 4 hours. After I cleaned up the poo and wee mess in the room with the sick kitties, and then the big room too, I played with the two kittens for ages. I took my book and sat with the older cats for a while too. They're all so starved for affection. at one point, I had 3 kitties curled up around me.
then i went to Homeplus to buy bagels and chickpeas, but alas, no chickpeas! whatever am I to do? I had grand plans for tamari-roasted chickpeas. oh well, i've got lemon-herb tofu baking in the oven now instead.

Tomorrow I'm meeting Erin for some shopping and then Indian for dinner, and on Sunday I'm metting Min Ji (a former student) to go and watch Sex and the City. I'll be looking out for the microphones that you can apparently see in some scenes.
I was supposed to be going to a bbq with Charles from MFAT who recently arrived in Seoul, but i decided not go, this is my only evening with nothing on for ages, so i'm going to relax at home with good food, wine, and my newest Korean drama show. exciting, no. comforting, hell yeah!
