i got very good news today: a new tenant has been found for my apartment. This is a W4.2 million weight off my shoulders. I would have been responsible for 6 months of rent if no-one had been found. HOORAY!
edit: not so happy days. the new person changed his mind. so please, keep all your fingers and toes crossed that someone will want to take my apartment. I cannot afford to keep paying for it once I move out.
