hahahaha , i found this on Dave's ESL, about how cops here just wave you on if you're a foreigner because they don't want to deal with you.

"Meanwhile our Canadian friend rides his scooter, sans-license and helmet, runs a red light in front of a Police check. They stop him, and he just smiles, speaks English quickly and frustrates the hell out of the cop. He calls over another cop who speaks a little English, same routine, now 2 frustrated cops. 3rd cop comes over, speaks better English, asks his name, does he have a license. He replies he does, it's in Canada, and gosh, Canada is a great country but he sure does love Korea, and he rambles on faster and louder in English. Finally the first cop has enough, "Ok ok ok, Hi-Five!". Seriously, the 3rd cop tries to get more info, but 1st just shuts him up, makes our friend hi-five all 3 cops and sends him on his way with these wise words.
