So the banana-cake-in-rice-cooker wasn't the great success I had envisioned it to be. I have a rice cooker full of banana gloop. What do I do with it? Bin? Toilet? Or do I do what Tynessa did and leave in there, forget about it, and then open it up two weeks later to find a bowl of icky mould?
hmmm. I took my cooker into work and got Ran to translate. I had pushed the cook button, and then the "delay 4 hours button", and then I switched it off two hours later, ie no cooking at all! I had thought that the 4 was something to do with amount of cooking.
I'm getting "observed" at school tomorrow. Out of the blue, our idiot manager has announced that we're all being observed in class. Never mind that we have never been given any criteria or standards to work towards. And you can guarantee that they'll only find negative things to moan about, positive reinforcement doesn't happen here. I know I'll be fine, Ian is observing one of my E4 classes (9/10 year olds) and they're a good class. And hopefully they'll be intimated by the extra person in class, and behave beautifully.
