no longer a jobless loser!

Woohooo! the temp agency finally did its job, and found me a six week placement at the Min of Health office here in C. its doing officey-computery things (crap, i hope i didnt overestimate my computer skills. I'm supposedly helping transfer stuff from an old database onto a new one)
its a proper job! 8.30-5pm, woryoil (monday) to keumyoil (friday). yes,, i am having great fun learning Korean. so far i know colours, days of the week, and basic greetings. i especially like how good morning, good afternoon and good evening are all the same in Korean (annyeong haseyo), and goodbye just involves adding and changing a few letters (annyeongi kaseyo). fantastic. and none of the nonsense of german, with all those stupid cases and genders. at the moment, i'm learning it using the romanisation format, ie no hangul characters, but that will come in time. I should be getting my contract this week, my docs are at this very moment making their way over to Korean immigration, who like to take 5-6 weeks to sign them and send them back.
Toodles!
