Lovely Liss

This post is dedicated to the lovely Melissa. Why? Because I am a shockingly bad friend who forgot about her birthday. I'm REALLY sorry Liss! I had a sneaky suspicion that it was coming up, and I meant to text someone else to ask them except I never did, and then Nic mentioned it and I felt like crap for not remembering. So HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

8 Reasons why I think Liss is fantastic:

1) When i had to give Gretel away, Melissa gave me a photo album she had made, full of pics she had secretly taken of Gretel, complete with little captions. It made me bawl my eyes out (in a good way!!). I was totally blown away, it was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do.

2) who else looks so good with glasses? while most people look geeky with glasses (like moi for example), Liss manages to look stylish. I should really be jealous.

3) Liss loves peanut butter, and we all know that pple who love peanut butter are awesome. Be warned, any jars of pb CANNOT be left in her care. they'll disappear suddenly.

4) Melissa never forgets peoples birthdays.

5) she has hot flatmates! we all know who I'm talking about here. the girls of 22 Buccleugh Street, and 22 Scoular Street.

6) despite being a busy busy girl, she has made time to be involved in the Buddy Program, and Youthline. see, she's hot AND nice.

7) she's gonna be DR MELISSA really soon! so she must be smart.

8) along with Nic, her cake decorating skills are legendary. Some examples include the CSI cake, the gray/silver icing on David's Futurama cake, and heaps of other yummy ones. she is also the GOURMET queen.
