Does anyone else find this a bit strange.....
Have a look at http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/4878808.stm
Its a BBC news feature, that allows people to post questions for Ethiopian farmers to answers via laptop linkup, later in the week. Instead of a link to donate money to help fight famine, lets allow people to ask questions! Brilliant! how clever of us! And you know that they'll probably be really ignorant questions such as "do you have a pet giraffe" or "do you have electricity".
It just seems a bit condescending and a waste of resources.
