As the saying goes, all good things must come to end, and so my time at MSF is now over. Friday was my last day, and my lovely lovely (omni) boss Susie brought in home-made vegan cookies for me. (Is it weird that I felt the need to specify that she is an omnivore? Is it strange that I do think of people in terms of their diets? I am always quite overcome when a meat-eater goes out of their way to accommodate me.)

Have you heard of Ray LaMontagne? I discovered this shy American singer-songwriter last week when his song Sarah was used at the end of a House episode. I am now obsessed. His songs "Be Here Now" and "Winter Birds" just floor me. Beautiful.

HHmmm, I thought I was in a blog-writing mood but it seems that I am not. Off to listen to more Ray LaMontagne.
