Why is it that I love to try new recipes only when I have guests coming around? Mind you, the recipe I'm trying this evening, sweet curry chickpea casserole, is pretty easy. Two former students are coming around, and of course they've never eaten vegan or vegetarian before, so I have to impress them! I'll be sure to take pics to show you how it turns out.
