a few photos

these photos are not related in any way,except that I thought you might find them cute, interesting, funny, or strange. In fact, that might just be the perfect description of Korea, too!

First up: flower boxes in the Ewha area (our fav. place to go for takeout cocktails, shopping, and Mexican food. I think we horrified the poor takeout cocktail guy by returning to his cart 3 times in about 90 mins, and each time purchasing more than one cocktail each. what can I say? I'm going to miss the amazingness of cheap cocktails that come in plastic resealable bags with straws. haha, I just spotted Tynessa in this picture holding my two cocktails while I take a photo!) Oh yes, back to the picture: flower pots filled with hardy cold-weather tolerating cabbage!

Drunk man on the subway. It's hilarious because this photo was taken sometime in the afternoon on a weekday, and everyone else seemed to be pretending he wasn't there. Not me!

Thanksgiving food! Veg chilli, mashed potatoes, my tofu loaf (which turned out great), my curry hummus (also delish), other tofu things, gravy etc etc. I ate far too much, which I'm told is a Thanksgiving tradition.
