WHAT WERE YOU DOING 5 YEARS AGO:
1. 3rd year of my Politics degree at Otago
2. counting the days towards my Auckland trip with Kim to see Coldplay live
3. living in Buccleugh Street, in what was possibly the worst insulated house in Dunedin, with 3 fantastic people: Laura, Melissa and Nic.
4. working at Studholme Hall in the kitchen, making salads and muffins, and chopping up ridiculous amounts of vegetables.
5. certainly not thinking that I would end up in Korea!

FIVE THINGS ON YOUR TO-DO LIST TODAY?
1. buy tofu from the little lady down the road
2. buy a new pair of flip-flops, because my current ones have huge splits in them
3. figure out what to make for the Veggie Club picnic tomorrow (currently i'm leaning towards vegan potato salad, pumpkin salad, and veggie kebabs...)
4. meet fellow A.I members at the Seoul LGBT Pride Parade, and show our support
5. a possible mission to Homeplus to find chickpeas and good wine

(first, i must say that my snack options are limited here in SK, ie no more salt and vinegar chips, boo hoo)
1. tamari-roasted chickpeas

3. rice snack mix from Costco

FIVE THINGS YOU WOULD DO IF YOU WERE A BILLIONAIRE:
1. pay for my dad to have Lasik surgery
2. pay off any family loans, and my student loan
3. visit my sponsored child in Malawi
4. donate money to the Cat Shelter in Seoul run by the amazing Joon and Allie
5. go on a trip to visit my far-flung family members (London, South Africa, France, NZ, Canada)

1. Starbucks coffee
2. microwave popcorn
3. procrastination, especially with regards to exercising
4. getting angry at people, but then never telling them, and then just getting more and more worked up about it. passive aggressive, perhaps?

3. 5 amazing years in Dunedin, my second home: 1 year in Studholme Hall, 1 year in a flat on George Street with bitchy med students, 2 years in Buccleugh Street in NEV, one year up on the hill in Mornington, and 2 months house-sitting in Kew, overlooking the beach.
