well, the latest news, not that I can believe it for sure, is that for those of us who have ever had an e2 visa, we DO NOT need to travel all the way home for interviews and visa processing. so thats good for my pocket, but at the same stage I was really excited about going home, even if it would have been just a flying visit.
so... the upside of this is... JAPAN! I get to go to Japan for 3 or 4 days for a visa run.
but, of course, none of this confirmed at all, because Korean immigration are dumb-asses.
