all quiet on the blogging front

wow, almost a week without an update, that must be some kind of record! I'll do my best to make up for it with as much news as possible.

* yay! The Springboks won the rugby. I know that you all already know that, what with rugby being the religion of NZ. seriously people, GET OVER IT! I am glad I was not in NZ to witness the inevitable fall out that happened after the All Blacks lost.

* I had falafel twice in one day! Yes, this does count as news, as it was pretty darn exciting. On Saturday I went to Petra's for delicious Middle Eastern food, with all the cool Veggie Club people. Over 20 people came, so I got to meet lots of new people. Then, I met up with Tynessa and her brother Tyson who was visiting from Daegu, and after drinks we went to Pharoahs, an Egyptian place thats open until 6am, thank god for this place, and their falafel is the best in the city. So yes, it was indeed an exciting day for me.

* i did the unthinkable, and got to work late once last week. It may not seem like a bit deal to you, but for me it really was. I am NEVER late. I am the person who is at the bus-stop 10 mins for its due, who is in class first at uni, first in line etc etc . I had an afternoon nap, and got woken up at 6pm when my boss called to ask where I was. I now know that I can get dressed and run to work in around 7 minutes.

* it has suddenly got cold in Seoul, and its a huge shock to the system. I am not ready for winter! go away cold weather!
