i got hauled into another meeting today, to be given my formal written warning, all typed up and ready for me to sign. Although i had no choice but to sign, otherwise they would have "let me go" , and I'd lose out on severance pay. hilarious letter, with the subject line "Inability to act in a professional manner".
Also of note is the phrase "your actions lead me to question your sincerity as a teacher and your ability to handle yourself professionally in the classroom."
Yes, i see it, the direct link between being suspicious of your school, and being a bad teacher. (heavy sarcasm)
Also Consequence: failure to follow the above will result in more serious consequences.
