ooh, how exciting! i've been bugging school to start organising my flight home, because I really really want to fly into Chch and not Auckland (and go through Singapore!!), and it will be more expensive, and therefore school wont really want to do it. So I figure by bugging them early on, they can hopefully find a cheaper ticket via Singapore. and today at school, I could hear my foreign manager ringing about travel agents and asking about flights into Chch.
I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT COMING HOME! i know its dangerous to think about it too much and build it up so much in my mind, but then again, how can I not be excited about it?! Even the smallest and seemingly most insignificant things are going to be fun, like going to the supermarket and seeing whats new, and eating paninis, anything with pesto and sun-dried tomatoes is going to be heaven, and I can't wait to eat savoury muffins, and wholewheat bread, and felefal, and more wholewheat bread, and then more paninis. and of course, visit people. i was so wrapped up in my food fantasies that I forgot about seeing people.
