We're getting to experience another facet of Korean life: the hospital. Connor has to have surgery, so she's spending a few days at the Women's MEdipark Hospital, which happens to be about 5 mins away from my house. Tynessa is being amazing, and sleeping on a mattress on the floor next to her bed. The bar has been set high, if I ever go into hospital here, I will expect similar attention. Connor's school manager went with her when she was admitted, and the poor man was so so so embarassed when he had to translate all the questions on the medical forms, he made Tynessa leave the room so he could ask her if she'd ever had sex. But then, the nurse had no problem giving poor Connor an enema in front of the manager and Tynessa.
Anyway so we've set up camp next to Connor's bed, brought her heaps of food and trashy mags. She should only have to stay about 3 days, hopefully.
