i am trying to make Xmas plans, but so far nothing is coming together. We get 4 days off only (23-26), so that doesnt lend itself to overseas travel. Having said that, I really want to go to Japan to visit Druinie, Natalie and Will, who are all JET teachers over there, and who leave before my month-long July 2007 super-vacation (which will 2 weeks in nz, and 2 weeks travelling around an as yet undecided location). i could perhaps travel to Japan in February, when we get 4 days off for lunar New Year. This probably makes it sound like we get a lot of holidays, but not really. Our contract says 14 days off, but those are taken up by public holidays, so we dont get say a 2 week stretch of vacation days. boo hoo.
but then we do get a month off in between contracts, so that will be amazing.
