aren't they the cutest? still no luck in finding them a home, the vet wanted to put them down, and the SPCA was dodgy. Linda and Richard are looking after them at the moment, and we're going to try and find homes for them ourselves. Please send happy thoughts for these wee puppies!

that is so sad. it probably happend all the time , at least you get to take care of them. the SPCA only does what you guys are doing, looks after animals untill they can get a home ... which in a way prevents NZers and others from discovring how bad some NZers treat thier pets.
hope all else is going well. Yeah for learning Korean. :) Your poor brain must be quite busy these days.

yeah its really sad, especially knowing that this is just one case of thousands, and this is just one city, of thousands. the more i think about it the more depressed i get.

the nz laws have relaxed somewhat, but they need microchipping now! and a month of quarantine. and numerous vaccinations and tests for rabies.
And i think ella would either run away, or go nuts. or turn them into her slaves.
